Cooper Kennedy allowed the Bears only 2 baserunners and went 4-for-4 to lead the Owls to a 10-0 romp over the Bears in the Berks County playoff opener for both teams. Nick Ellis and Randy Wynings each singled leading off the fourth inning for Boyertown’s only hits off of Kennedy, who walked none and struck out 3.

The Bears play Shillington in an elimination game at Bear Stadium tomorrow night.
