The Bears took advantage of 13 DelVet walks to defeat Delaware Post 1 by the score of 10-6 in the first game of a doubleheader. The win enabled the Bears to split a doubleheader with the DelVets. In the nightcap, the Bears rallied from a 4-0 deficit to tie the game in the sixth inning, but the DelVets broke the tie with three runs in the bottom of the inning and held on for a 7-5 win.
