Boyertown backed excellent pitching by Cole Galloway and Nathan Fox with 14 hits as the Bears opened their first Legion baseball season in 2 years with a 13-2 win over Doylestown. Galloway and Fox combined on a 4-hitter, striking out 9 with no walks. Meanwhile, the Bear bats were very alive. Alex DeForge went 4-for-4 with a double, triple, stolen base, and a sacrifice bunt, while Max Kneidinger went 3-for-4, Tyler Hoffman and Dereck Basile each had 2 hits, and shortstop Peyton Moyer was 1-for-1 with 2 walks and a
