The Boyertown American Legion baseball team announced the 2019 recipients of the team's individual achievement awards tonight.

Chris Davis, shortstop for the team, was awarded the Melvin "Buck" Rhoads Most Valuable Player award.

Broc Babb, who played second base and catcher for the team, received the Jordan D Specht Memorial award, which is awarded annually "to the Boyertown American Legion baseball player who is an example of extraordinary dedication, determination, and hard work which results in achievements beyond reasonable expectations."

Jared Waldman was awarded the Dick Ludy Most Valuable Pitcher Award.

Ethan Martin received the Raymond Pidgie Kepner Rookie of the Year Award.
