Andrew Erfle tossed a 3-hit shutout as the Wanderers eliminated the Bears with a 4-0 victory in Game 7 of the PA Region 2 Tournament. Erfle walked only 2 and struck out 4. Jake Strong had a pair of hits, Willie Cruz scored a pair of runs, and Jaxson Horvath drove in a pair of runs for the Wanderers.

For the Bears, Seniors Logan Barndt, Nick Ellis, and Gavin Slaughter each reached base in their final games.

With the win, the Wanderers advances to a 1 PM elimination game tomorrow versus the loser of this afternoon’s game between Quakertown and South Parkland. The Bears finish with a record of 10-10.
