The Cougars took advantage of 5 Boyertown errors to score 11 unearned runs in a 12-1 romp at Bear Stadium in beautiful weather. The game ended in 5 innings due to the 10-run rule. Ashton Dunn scattered 6 hits and a walk while striking out 9 to pick up the win for Kutztown, while Chris Bergstrom led the 12-hit attack by going 3-for-3. For the Bears, Randy Wynings and Ryan Dulude each had a pair of hits.
