Gabe Bunn and Nick Crocona combined on a 3-hitter as the Owls defeated Boyertown, 10-3, in the semi-finals of the Frederick Wooden Bat Tournament. The two combined to walk 4 but strike out 7. They were ably aided by catcher Kyle Cincinnati, who threw out a pair of base runners trying to steal second. Offensively, Ryan Sekulski had 2 hits and 4 rbis while Domenic Borelli and A J Troyer each had 2 hits.

The Owls would later win the Tournament with an 8-7 win over Berks rival Norchester.
